Since its foundation in 2003, APPNE members have undertaken multiple charitable projects both in the US and in Pakistan. We have responded to earthquakes and floods in Pakistan and contributed to hurricanes in the US. We have helped build schools, run free clinics, provided free flu vaccines, supported food pantries and homeless shelters.

- APPNE does not collect or distribute Zakat (Islamic Charity).
- Funds collected in the General Charity Fund will be used for a wide variety of causes including response to natural disasters and emergencies in the US, Pakistan and around the world.
- Funds collected in the Organizational Support Fund will be used to run day to day operations of APPNE.
